Here is Grandpa watching over his garden. And, a pic of Grandma later that evening.

Eating some grub! Steve & Maria prepared the burgers/dogs. They were really yummy too! They had a pineapple ring on top of the meat with melted havarti or sharp cheddar on top. I was a little scared to try them at first, but they turned out delicious! The rest of us contributed with salads and chips and drinks. And, here's my adorable boys!

We broke a pinata. We start with the youngest and go to the oldest to hit it. The kids were so dang cute! Matthew was embarrassed to hit the pinata in front of everyone. He threw himself down on the ground and wouldn't look up! Andrew put the first hole in the pinata and Elise broke it pretty good too! Little Ty, my nephew, was so cute. He's so little - almost 18 mos and he really wanted to whack that thing!

Mark set up a movie outside with the projector. We all sat around watching Enchanted. Fun, fun!

All in all we had a delightful night even if we didn't get much sleep due to the cold, crappy beds and kids crying and in bed with us!
Looking forward to next year, for sure!

Isn't the summer the best. I love getting together with family and friends. Looks like you all had a blast. Sorry about the bad night sleep....that kinda happens when you're camping. Even if it is in the backyard.
Your in-laws look so nice. It's so neat that your kids have all of those cousins. What a great memory for all of them.
Fun times!! You have been busy! The party looks like it turned out well and those memories with cousins and grandma and grandpa are priceless!
That is such a fun idea. I can't wait to be a grandma so I can be cool like that.
